Spearheaded by JNP Projects in collaboration with architect Huss Chalich of Pinnacle Plus, this project stands as a testament to meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail in commercial construction in Sydney.

The construction of Creed Perfume’s boutique presented a unique challenge and opportunity for JNP Projects in 2022. We were very humbled to have been trusted with this project. The boutique’s design is a symphony of bespoke elements: from marble inset parquetry flooring to ornate brass panels, mirrored ceilings, and meticulously crafted display cabinets and shelving. Each detail was carefully curated to reflect Creed Perfume’s ethos of modern elegance and timeless sophistication.

Collaborating closely with architect Huss Chalich ensured that every aspect of the boutique’s construction aligned seamlessly with the broader vision of the Creed Perfume brand. “Our goal was to create a space that not only embodies luxury but also enhances the customer experience,” said Chalich. The result is a space that not only showcases Creed Perfume’s exquisite products but also immerses visitors in an atmosphere of refined beauty.

Located within the Strand Arcade, the construction team faced unique logistical challenges. Strict adherence to after-hours work was necessary to minimize disruption to surrounding businesses and ensure compliance with noise restrictions. Despite these constraints, JNP Projects successfully delivered the project to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
